What happens to
what you send us.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address and message, plus your phone number and the kind of project if you choose to add them.

With it we record a little context about the visit: the page you sent the form from, the site that referred you, and any campaign tags in the link you followed. This tells us how people find us.

What we use it for

To reply to your enquiry, to keep a record of the conversation, and, if we work together, to run the project. We don't sell your details or share them for anyone else's marketing.

Where it goes

Enquiries arrive by email and are kept in our internal client records. The services that carry and store them for us, such as our hosting, email and database providers, only process it to provide that service to us.

This site is hosted on Cloudflare. To keep spam and abuse out, Cloudflare may check basic technical signals from your browser when you send the form. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

For as long as it is useful for the enquiry or project, and for as long as we are required to keep business and tax records. If we never end up working together, you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to us using them, by emailing hello@mocfilms.in.
